Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4 Finance Modules AP, AR, GL, FA, MA, Project system, Universal ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, In house cash etc.
• Drive Month end and year end closure activities
• Perform detailed analysis of End 2 End Finance business process and provide appropriate solutions
• Able to Identify, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between the business Teams, IT Teams and the technical team.
• Provide training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities

• Able to manage and guide his SAP S/4 Finance Team
• Able to mentor and review team activities
• Able to track incidents, changes and problem task and overall team activities

Other responsibilities

• Responsible for SAP Finance Team SLA, KPI
• Responsible for identifying proactive opportunities

Must Have Skills/Knowledge:

• SAP Consultant with at least two end-to-end SAP S/4 Finance implementation project.
• Experience in rolling out SAP S/4 Finance to multiple countries is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in gathering requirements from Business Teams and performing fit gap analysis, build design documents
• Experience in blueprinting End 2 End Finance process and configuration
• Experience in customization based on Business requirements.
• End 2 End understanding of Business processes and technical issues in all Finance modules.
• Involved in developing hypercare support and transitioned to support team
• Familiar with Jira, Service now and Agile ways of working
• Experience in working with Onsite and Offshore models

Good to Have Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience in SAP RISE, BTP is desirable
