SAP Project Manager

Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract - Inside IR35
Duration: Specify Duration - e.g. 6 months, with possible extension

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects across Finance (FI/CO), HR (HCM/SuccessFactors), and Payroll modules.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management.
• Manage vendors, third-party partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee testing, training, change management, and go-live planning activities.
• Manage data migration, integration, and cutover activities for relevant SAP modules.

• Proven track record as an SAP Project Manager delivering projects in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO), HR/HCM and Payroll modules - including integrations.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Vendors).
• Familiarity with UK Payroll processes and compliance standards.
• Experience managing projects under PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Must be based in the UK and have full right to work.
• Role is Inside IR35 - via approved umbrella company.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites if required.
