SAP PP/QM Consultant

For a large-scale S/4HANA implementation, we are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant . The programme follows a phased deployment approach, with SAP S/4HANA being rolled out across multiple countries, business units and manufacturing sites through several consecutive releases.

As an SAP PP/QM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing processes within Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). You will work closely with business stakeholders, other SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure that the global template supports the required business processes and can be successfully deployed across the different locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements related to SAP PP/QM.

• Facilitate and support fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops with business stakeholders.

• Create functional specifications for developments, interfaces and enhancements where required.

• Translate business requirements into SAP PP/QM solutions fitting the global template.

• Configure and optimize SAP PP/QM processes.

• Support the implementation from design and build through testing and go-live.

• Ensure integration with SAP and a large amount of non-SAP applications.

• Support SIT, UAT, cutover and data migration activities.

• Collaborate with international stakeholders and project teams across the different releases.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant within complex SAP implementation programmes.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP/QM.

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, preferably within end-to-end implementations.

• Experience with at least one full SAP implementation life cycle, from design through go-live and hypercare.

• Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes within an international environment.

• Experience with global template and rollout programmes is highly desirable.

• Good understanding of the integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules.

• Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, configuration and testing.

• Professional proficiency in English.
