Requirement:

• Having an overarching view of the future direction, roadmap and exploitation of SAP as the Client's asset, to enable IT to demonstrate the value of SAP to the business.
• Managing the incoming pipeline of work to enable a smooth flow of prioritised business objectives to be achieved.
• Work with the Client's stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements turning opportunities into deliverable statements of work.
• Overall management and control of SAP projects identified within the agreed SAP portfolio where responsibility for delivery is assigned.
• Own all aspects of delivery, including budget, quality, customer satisfaction and solution assurance.
• Ensure related resource planning, deliverables and team expectations are appropriately managed.
• Work extensively with the teams and 3rd parties where necessary in multiple locations to ensure successful delivery.

Experience required:

• SAP Specialist.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in project/programme management and delivery is essential.
• Experience of project and finance reporting tool.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse groups, to think clearly and present ideas and plans in a concise and effective manner.
• Experience of working and leading project teams including third party vendors, Business Analysts, Test team, SMEs.
• Experience of effectively managing 3rd party vendors is essential.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is essential.
