SAP PM - EINDHOVEN - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the PM stream of our S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in asset management within discrete manufacturing, and a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders to adopt SAP standard processes. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, integrated PM solutions that support production efficiency and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP PM workstream in a greenfield S/4HANA implementation using SAP Activate.

Design and implement PM processes tailored to discrete manufacturing, including preventive maintenance, breakdown management, calibration, and integration with production planning.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and blueprinting workshops with business stakeholders.

Promote and enforce clean core principles by advocating for standard SAP functionality and minimizing custom code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg, PP, MM, QM, EWM) to ensure seamless integration of maintenance with manufacturing operations.

Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, and IT, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of SAP PM experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and clean core principles.

Proven experience in discrete manufacturing environments (eg, automotive, machinery, electronics).

Ability to influence and convince stakeholders to adopt standard SAP processes.

Familiarity with integration points between PM and production-related modules.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA certification in PM or EAM.

Experience with SAP Fiori apps and SAP BTP extensions.

Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM.

Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and how they relate to asset management.
