SAP payroll Consultant

Role: Senior SAP Payroll Consultant

Type: 6-Month Contract (Full-Time)

Region: EMEA

Work Mode: Remote

Language: Dutch is a plus, but not required

Experience: Minimum 15 years, senior/lead-level

We are looking for an exceptional SAP Payroll Consultant with strong leadership and implementation experience. You'll be responsible for the functional and technical delivery of the payroll solution, with accountability for quality, timelines, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and ensure alignment with project deliverables
• Oversee configuration and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules
• Act as subject matter expert for technical and functional project resources
• Own deliverables and project outcomes across your stream
• Serve as primary escalation point for functional implementation issues

Requirements:

• Proven SAP Payroll (PY) implementation and configuration expertise
• Strong leadership in multiple end-to-end SAP PY projects
• Familiarity with Dutch payroll is preferred
• Solid consulting and business analysis skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities and thrive under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail with a strategic mindset
