SAP OTC & Logistics Solution Architect (Carve-Out & Separation)

We are supporting a large-scale business separation programme and are looking for a hands-on SAP OTC & Logistics Technical Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of key OTC, Logistics Operations and Supply Chain capabilities.

The role requires deep expertise across Order-to-Cash, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Integration and Intercompany processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, System Integrators and operational teams to define future-state solutions, separate SAP landscapes, and support Day-1 readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the OTC & Logistics technical workstream within a large separation and divestiture programme.
• Design and implement future-state SAP OTC and Logistics solutions across multiple business units.
• Support system separation activities, including data migration, master data separation, company code separation and operational readiness.
• Design and deliver end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Intercompany Billing and Fulfilment.
• Define and implement Logistics Operations solutions covering warehousing, transportation, inventory management, distribution and 3PL integration.
• Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to ensure planning processes are successfully separated and integrated.
• Support Manufacturing, Co-Manufacturing and Intercompany process design during transition activities.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design sessions and design authority reviews.
• Support cutover planning, testing strategy, hypercare and business readiness activities.
• Work with System Integrators, business stakeholders and third-party providers throughout programme delivery.
• Ensure Day-1 operational readiness and business continuity through all separation milestones.
• Manage risks, dependencies and workstream governance across OTC, Logistics and Supply Chain domains.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading OTC and Logistics workstreams within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering SAP OTC solutions.
• Strong understanding of Logistics Operations, including EWM, Warehouse Operations, Transportation Management, Inventory Management and Distribution.
• Experience delivering carve-outs, divestitures, business separations or M&A programmes.
• Experience working across Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Manufacturing-related process integrations.
• Strong understanding of Intercompany, Co-Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain execution processes.
• Demonstrated workstream leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting cutover, data migration, testing and Day-1 readiness activities.
