Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP-Oriented Project Lead to join our Program, Project & Service Management team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure-managed services with a strong focus on SAP environments. You will lead virtual, cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a global client specializing in enterprise software for business operations and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project execution across planning, implementation, and delivery phases within a hybrid, globally distributed setup.

• Coordinate with cross-functional and virtual teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project communications.

• Oversee and support system migration initiatives, ensuring technical and operational readiness.

• Analyze project metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct project risk assessments, issue tracking, and resolution planning to minimize disruptions.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, governance materials, and post-implementation reviews.

• Lead project meetings, facilitate collaboration, and promote transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to the refinement of delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing infrastructure-managed services projects, ideally in SAP-related environments.

• Technical Acumen: Understanding of system parameters such as IP ranges, network configurations, and domain/server naming conventions.

• System Migration Knowledge: Experience overseeing or managing (not necessarily executing) system migration projects.

• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication-professional, clear, concise, and engaging.

• Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

• Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at working in virtual, multi-stakeholder teams across time zones and cultures.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for project and process improvements.
