Role: SAP Operations Engineer
Mission Description: Operations Engineer - Monitoring of SAP S/4HANA
Batch Application Nights Long-term role in TA.

Context and mission
Role in support of an in-house operator operating from Montpellier
Ensure the follow-up and follow-up of batch processing on SAP S/4HANA in a critical environment (volume: ~1000 chains ordered under TWS), in conjunction with the product lines and the support teams.
Ensure the continuity of essential accounting processes (eg payments to job seekers) and intervene in the event of an incident to secure flows.

Supervision
and dunning of batch processing via TWS.
Analysis and support for the resolution of SAP incidents/SAP
application operation Diagnosis of errors (missing files, absent flows, failed jobs).
Use of basic commands for file transfer, monitoring and analysis (eg ST22 transactions for ABAP dumps, ST13 for analysis tools.)
Checking performance and logs.
Knowledge of dependencies and critical processes (eg payments from job seekers)
Communication with product lines for synchronization and validation of reminders to be carried out
Communication with SAP production support: interaction with SN1/SN3 for specific actions (eg cancellation/resumption of accounting entries)
Documentation: rely on existing procedures (sometimes incomplete) and enrich if necessary.

Technical skills required
TWS scheduling: mastery of chains and notions of dependencies.
SAP operating support: proven experience.
SAP S/4HANA:
Knowledge of transactions useful for analysis.
Application administration (dumping, transfers, job reminders).
Accounting concepts: general understanding of processes to interpret functional IS impacts (ability to identify critical processes and their consequences).

Conditions and constraints
Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (follow-up point at 8:30 am before the arrival of the accountants).
Occasional interventions on weekends.
Full telecommuting

Coordination with BW teams and accounting for adjustment of processing
