SAP MM/VIM AMS Support

SAP MM/OpenText VIM AMS Support Consultant | Remote | Long-Term Contract

We're looking for an experienced SAP MM/OpenText VIM Support Consultant to join a long-term S/4HANA AMS programme supporting a large defence-sector client.

This is not an implementation role. You'll be joining an established AMS team responsible for stabilising a live S/4HANA landscape following migration, resolving incidents, delivering small enhancements and ensuring smooth Source-to-Pay operations.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting production issues and working closely with business users and global support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM and OpenText VIM
• Resolve incident and service tickets within agreed SLAs
• Investigate procurement and invoice processing issues
• Troubleshoot inbound/outbound integration errors
• Resolve stock and inventory inconsistencies
• Support warehouse execution and logistics processes where required
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration changes
• Work closely with manufacturing, logistics and integration teams
• Contribute to system stability across the S/4HANA landscape

Required Skills

• Strong SAP MM functional experience
• OpenText VIM support experience
• Proven AMS support background
• Experience handling incidents, tickets and production support
• S/4HANA experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting warehouse and procurement processes
• Excellent communication skills

Contract Details

• Remote
• ASAP start (latest 1st September)
• Initial 6-month contract
• Expected extension to approximately 2 years
• One-stage interview process
