SAP Lead Success Factors and Junior Success Factors English

We are currently looking for two SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join a fully remote project:

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Both roles will focus on SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and Performance & Goals (PMGM).

The successful consultants will require experience with:

• SuccessFactors Learning configuration and rollout, including curricula, programmes, items, evaluations and external user management
• Goal templates, Continuous Performance Management, 360-degree reviews and calibration sessions
• Role-Based Permissions, Data Retention Management and custom MDF objects
• System administration and release/upgrade impact analysis
• Data migration, solution optimisation and user adoption

The Lead Consultant will also require strong experience in solution architecture, end-to-end design and aligning SuccessFactors solutions with wider HR business requirements.
