SAP IT Authorisations Consultant - Remote (West Europe)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking an SAP IT Authorisations Consultant one of our energy clients, as part of an ongoing S/4 HANA program.This role is with a global energy client and offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance SAP security and access governance within a complex enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP roles and authorisations across S/4 HANA environments.
• Perform user access administration, role provisioning, and troubleshooting of authorisation issues
• Support audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring appropriate access controls and SoD management
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure SAP authorisation concepts
• Document authorisation designs, processes, and changes in line with internal governance standards

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an SAP IT Authorisations/SAP Security Consultant
• Hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA authorisation concepts and role design
• Experience with access governance, SoD controls, and audit support
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global stakeholder environment
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in enterprise or large-scale SAP landscapes

Start date: 09/02/2026
Duration: 3-6 months initial contract + extensions
Location: Remote - For compliance reasons, the candidate must be based in Western Europe. The client have however mentioned that they have a strong preference for candidates that could be onsite in Amsterdam or Stockholm for escalations if needed.
