SAP Integrations Manager - Dutch and French speaker

Our client based in Brussels is looking for an SAP Integrations Manager:

• Start: ASAP
• Location: 2 days/week on-site in Brussels, 3 on remote
• Full time
• Freelancer
• Language: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (C-level NL/FR, min. B2 other, B2 EN)
• Duration: until end of year (plus extension0
• Rate: negotiable, up to 860 EUR per day, please share your best

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional supportfor the current Smarttek/Zebra Psion - SAP integration
• Advise the client on best practices and solution improvements
• Perform and assist with system upgrades related to SAP integration
• Conduct functional unit testing prior to go-live
• Support and accompany user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deliver hypercare support post go-live
• Act as first contact for end-users on tickets and issues
• Manage ServiceNow ticket follow-up and ensure resolution within agreed SLA
• Contribute to projects enhancing or enriching the current solution model
• Participate in innovation projects leveraging new technologies for future mobile SAP warehousing contexts

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Evaluation Criteria

• Solid knowledge of SAP integration in warehousing contexts
• SAP EWM integration knowledge is a strong asset
• Hands-on experience with mobile platform integration (Zebra devices)
• Knowledge of Windows Server upgrades
• Tekterm knowledge is an asset

Conformity Criteria

• 10+ years of proven experience with Smarttek solution and SAP integration
• At least 3 successful Smarttek implementations
• Functional knowledge of SAP RF, SAP WM, and Microsoft Windows Mobile for Zebra
• Proven configuration experience with Zebra Psion Omni scanners in a warehousing environment
• Minimum 3 end-to-end project integrations involving Zebra solutions
