Position Overview:

• Sparing with the HR business to optimize and harmonize processes by analyzing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information
• Identifying and analyzing bugs in the systems, determining root cause and take necessary actions, addressing other teams if necessary
• Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality)
• Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements
• Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions
• Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes
• Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
• Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product

What you'll do:

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST with at least Employee Central and 2 other modules (not Learning)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business analyst related to HR activities- is a MUST
• An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French
• Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
• Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
• Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with process design
• User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture is a plus

• Work regime: fulltime
• Location: Brussels, with occasionally travel to Berlin
