Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Contract: 6 months (potential extension to 12)

We're looking for an experienced SAP HR/SuccessFactors Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation programme. The role focuses on HR reporting, data analysis, and delivering reporting solutions in SAP.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years as BA with SAP HR/SuccessFactors

• Strong reporting, data modelling & analytics experience

• BPMN & SOP documentation

• Advanced Excel

• Testing, UAT & hypercare support

Desirable:

• SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY)

• SAP Story Reports, SAP Query, SAP BW, SAC

• Experience with Ingentis org.manager
