SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Job title: SAP HR / Payroll Consultant Rate: £450 per day inside ir35 Contract: 6 months Location: Telford/Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Consultant to join a major SAP delivery team supporting a large, high-profile client. This is a genuinely hands on role where you'll be working across SAP HCM and Payroll, combining solution design, configuration, project delivery and live service support within a complex, multi supplier environment.

You'll be joining an established SAP practice working on a large scale SAP estate, with the opportunity to influence solution design and make a tangible impact across both project and live-service environments.

There's also plenty of scope to work with and develop your knowledge of SAP's evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and enhance SAP HCM & Payroll solutions
• Take ownership of SAP Payroll issues, changes and enhancements
• Support both project delivery and Live Service environments
• Investigate issues and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Produce high-quality Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs and other documentation
• Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery
• Collaborate with experienced onshore and offshore SAP teams
