Are you an experienced SAP Reporting Business Analyst (SuccessFactors) looking to make an impact in the public sector?

We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical reporting delivery, ensuring SAP is used to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful insights across Finance, HR, Procurement, and beyond.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to understand and translate reporting requirements.
• Design and deliver SAP reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, or HANA.
• Ensure reporting meets statutory, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Support self-service reporting and train end-users to get the most from SAP.
• Drive improvements in data, processes, and reporting efficiency.

What you'll bring

• Strong SAP reporting experience (BW, BEx, SAC, or similar).
• Understanding of Finance/HR/Procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A detail-oriented, analytical approach.
• Ideally, experience in a public sector or regulated environment.
