We're looking for an experienced S/4HANA HCM Consultant to join a UK-based Aerospace & Defence S/4HANA Greenfield Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformation project with a global consulting and professional services leader, known for delivering innovation, technology, and digital solutions across industries.

As an S/4HANA HCM Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and deploying HCM functionality. You will collaborate with multiple teams, influence key decisions, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions across Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality

• Define and implement SAP processes to improve efficiency, quality, and control

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to project teams

• Deliver training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices

• Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance and delivery

About You

• Expert in SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet functionality

• Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management applications and SAP Project Systems integration

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration

• Experience working on large transformation programmes, ideally in Aerospace & Defence

• Proven ability to drive efficiency and deliver results in complex environments

• Must be SC Eligible
