Freelance SAP HCM Consultant - Spanish Payroll Experience Remote with Occasional Onsite Presence in Madrid

We are currently seeking an experienced freelance SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in Spanish payroll to join an exciting S/4HANA implementation project.

Contract Type: Freelance

Location: Remote with occasional onsite in Madrid, Spain

Initial Duration: 6 months with high potential for extensions

Start Date: ASAP or based on mutual agreement

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Spanish payroll processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration with S/4HANA.
• Provide expert guidance on local payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.
• Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Assist in issue resolution and optimization during project phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Spanish payroll.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance in Spain.
• Prior experience in S/4HANA projects is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Willingness to be onsite in Madrid up to twice per month as needed by the project.
