SAP Functional Integration Manager

SAP Functional Integration Lead (S/4HANA) | Frankfurt| Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Integration Lead to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within the Life Sciences sector.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end process integration across SAP workstreams, ensuring seamless alignment between business processes, functional teams, and third-party systems. You will act as the key point of contact for integration-related decisions, facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, process owners, solution architects, and delivery teams.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
• Strong cross-functional SAP expertise across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Master Data
• Experience on large SAP ERP or S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Ability to lead end-to-end process integration workshops and manage complex stakeholder environments
• Proven track record coordinating multiple SAP workstreams and third-party application integrations
• Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills

Nice to Have

• Life Sciences/Pharma industry experience
• S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience
