Your role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of the SIL replacement initiative. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk/control governance, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the SIL replacement project.
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across SAP teams, product vendors, banks, business stakeholders, and integration teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Oversee SIT/UAT planning, environment readiness, resources, and execution governance.
• Ensure alignment across functional leads (L1/L2), SMEs, and testing teams.
• Manage project communications, steering updates, and executive reporting.
• Support cutover planning, go live readiness, and hypercare stabilization.

Required

• Proven experience managing SAP or finance technology integration projects.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, payments, and bank interfaces (advantageous).
• Experience working with external partners such as banks and product vendors.
• Solid grasp of testing cycles: SIT, UAT, Regression.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills across business and IT.
• Experience with complex multi team coordination and dependency management.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery governance.

Preferred

• Experience delivering payment interface or middleware replacement projects.
• Hands on understanding of SIL or similar payment hub solutions.
• Experience in regulated or bank integrated environments.
• Strong background in managing cross functional programs involving SAP, banks, and product vendors.
• Prior experience driving large testing cycles or complex cutover programs.
