Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Greece eDocument and Hellenization Expert with 10+ years of SAP FICO experience and strong expertise in country-specific localization.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP eDocument/DRC, e-invoicing, forms/output management, and integration for Greece localization.
This role involves leading the design, build, and validation of Greece-compliant digital financial documents, including e-invoices, credit/debit notes, payment advice, VAT returns, and statutory reports using SAP FICO, SAP eDocument/Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC), and SAP Output Management.  

Skillset:

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong knowledge of Finance processes and cross-functional SAP ERP areas.
• Proven expertise in multiple full life cycle SAP Finance implementations, especially Greece eDocument & Hellenization projects, delivering on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Functional expertise in Finance processes with integration to MM, SD, and Project Systems.
• Hands-on experience in SAP eDocument/DRC, forms/output development, and integration for Greece localization.
• Experience working with Pharma industry clients is an added advantage.
• Ability to design, build, and configure SAP Finance modules to meet business and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and interact closely with local client teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage client deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Identify process and technical gaps and propose solutions.
• Own and prepare WRICEF objects and functional specifications.
• Configure SAP system as per project requirements.
• Execute testing, manage defect resolution, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage eDocument & Hellenization solution cutover and migration activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants for end-to-end delivery.
• Build, test, and execute Finance eDocument & Hellenization processes, including data management.
• Work closely with cutover managers and business teams to ensure smooth transition and go-live readiness.
