• Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions aligned with business requirements, with a focus on consumer industries.
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP implementations (greenfield) and roll out projects, managing deliverables independently while ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Gap Analysis & Process Optimization: Conduct detailed gap analyses, identifying functional shortcomings and delivering efficient, business aligned solutions.
• Integration & Functional Specification: Collaborate across SAP modules to ensure seamless integration, and produce high quality functional specifications for technical development teams.
• Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and delivering impactful client presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands on experience in SAP FICO implementation and roll out projects.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in consumer industries, including retail, fashion, and consumer products.
• SAP S/4HANA: In depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated best practices.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to engage effectively in client facing roles.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring junior consultants, and coordinating offshore and onshore resources.
• Must speak fluent English and have EU Passport or the right to work in the UK.
