SAP FICO Business Consultant

Our client is implementing SAP S/4HANA and is looking for a SAP FICO Business Consultant to act as the link between Accounting and the SAP project team.

You will support the business in embedding the new system, working closely with key users, the system team, and external SAP consultants. Focus areas include testing, data migration, and ensuring smooth integration between FICO and MM.

Responsibilities

• Act as bridge between Finance and SAP implementation team

• Support testing, validation, and migration activities

• Ensure proper system adoption by business users

• Translate business needs into functional input for SAP

• Safeguard FICO-MM integration processes

Profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO)

• Experience with S/4HANA preferred

• Understanding of MM-FI integration

• Background in accounting or controlling

• Communicative, structured, and business-oriented

Must speak fluent English and German

Willing to work 2-3 days per week on site in Hamburg
