SAP FI (ECC) Consultant. French speaking. Hybrid: Paris. Start: 26th October. 3 Month+ Contract

SAP FI (ECC) 3rd Level Support Consultant - French speaking - Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite Paris, France, 2 days/week remote. Start Date: 26th October. 3 Month+ Contract.

Our client in Paris, France needs an SAP Finance Functional Consultant with ECC 6 experience to strengthen its FI team across Run activities and ongoing projects.

You will handle incidents and minor enhancements, working with the client's support teams in Romania and India to resolve issues, and act as the point of contact for business stakeholders. Many enhancements are planned, so the client wants someone autonomous who becomes productive quickly and can drive tasks forward across IT departments. Finance expertise is the priority. The client runs on ECC 6, with HANA Database and some Fiori Apps.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a senior SAP FI functional consultant
• Experience with SAP Finance 3rd level support
• SAP ECC 6 version experience.
• Strong finance expertise
• Functional specifications, configuration and documentation for unit tests, non-regression tests and UAT
• Quick to grasp an existing solution and its related applications
• Planning, workload estimation and meeting deadlines
• Time and priority management
• Autonomous, able to navigate IT departments to move tasks forward
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent French and a good level of English

Responsibilities:

• Manage Run activities: incidents and minor enhancements
• Track issues with the support teams in Romania and India and help them resolve them
• Act as point of contact for business stakeholders
• Run and facilitate workshops and write specifications
• Track enhancement requests and interfaces, following up with the relevant teams
• Handle configuration
• Run testing and monitor UAT
• Coordinate with IT departments (infrastructure, access management, development) on assigned tasks
• Estimate solution cost and effort
• Report task progress to the project manager
