SAP FI CO Lead Solution Architect - PERM

Responsibilities:

• Manage the SAP FI/CO team on organizational, disciplinary, and functional level
• Handle HR processes such as travel, performance reviews, development planning, training, and salaries
• Provide leadership and ensure a cohesive, integrated SAP FI/CO solution approach
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
• Conduct regular team and individual meetings (Jour Fix)
• Report on team performance, resources, and project status
• Ensure ITIL processes are followed and aligned with ERP management
• Support and align with overall SAP strategy in the organization
• Manage external vendors and service providers
• Own end-to-end FI/CO processes, applications, and ERP templates
• Define and align FI/CO system landscape with corporate IT architecture
• Ensure integration and consistency across SAP modules and external tools
• Represent SAP FI/CO IT towards central functions and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Create specifications and documentation for FI/CO solutions
• Coordinate developments, testing, deployment, and quality assurance
• Maintain training materials and support knowledge transfer in the area
• Lead SAP FI/CO projects and changes within scope, budget, quality, and time

Candidate's Profile:

• Proven experience as Team Lead in medium-large industrial corporations as well in international and multi-cultural environment
• Experience in Finance process definition and accounting principles
• SAP Certification in FI/CO (S/4 HANA FI is a plus)
• Level of studies: Engineering or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT fields or equivalent.
• Experience: 7 years of experience in similar area.
• Languages: Fluent in English
