Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Project Manager to lead the delivery of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) projects across complex supply chain and logistics environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder engagement, system implementation activities, and ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP EWM consultants, integration specialists, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Drive workshop sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
• Oversee solution design, configuration reviews, testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
• Ensure integration alignment with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, TM, and other supply chain applications.
• Establish project governance structures and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage RAID logs, project plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing SAP EWM implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, RF, and automation integration.
• Experience delivering projects within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global or multi-site warehouse deployments.
• Experience working with system integrators, third-party logistics providers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Preferred Skills

• SAP EWM functional background prior to moving into project management.
• Experience with automated warehouse solutions, robotics, ASRS, conveyors, or warehouse control systems.
• Knowledge of SAP TM, MM, SD, and supply chain execution processes.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• SAP Activate methodology experience.
