SAP EWM Senior Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join a well-established SAP Supply Chain practice and EWM Center of Excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale warehouse transformation programmes, supporting global and local clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions. The role offers exposure to international projects, leading-edge supply chain technologies, and complex warehouse modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP EWM implementation and transformation projects
• Support process design, solution architecture, and system configuration activities
• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops
• Design and configure SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT
• Analyse and resolve functional issues throughout project life cycles
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
• Contribute to warehouse optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, SAP, IT Consulting, or a related field
• Understanding of warehouse management processes, including:
  • Inbound and outbound logistics
  • Inventory management
  • Picking, packing and shipping
  • Goods receipt and putaway processes
• Understanding of broader Supply Chain Management processes
• Experience working on at least one implementation, transformation, or ERP project
• SAP experience (EWM preferred, other SAP modules considered)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Fluent English required
• Dutch and/or French would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required (approximately 20%)
