Job Title: SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance Consultant (Contract) - Zwolle, Netherlands

Location: Zwolle, Netherlands (Hybrid - 2 onsite visits per month)

Onsite requirement: Monday to Thursday, twice per month

Rate: 630 per day (excluding expenses - expenses will be reimbursed)

Contract Type: Freelance/Contract (long-term opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for a solid, experienced EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)/Plant Maintenance Consultant to join a key client in the Netherlands on a flexible hybrid contract.

This is a great opportunity for an independent consultant based in the UK or Europe who can travel to Zwolle twice per month. You will have E2E Greenfield S/4 HANA Implementation experience as a Senior EAM Consultant/Architect will provide expert support on plant maintenance processes, EAM system optimisation (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, or similar), reliability improvement, and maintenance strategy.

Key Requirements:

E2E Greenfield S/4 HANA Implementation experience as a Senior EAM Consultant/Architect

Strong hands-on experience as an EAM/Plant Maintenance Consultant in industrial/manufacturing environments

Deep knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, asset reliability, CMMS/EAM systems, and work management processes

Proven track record delivering improvements in plant maintenance performance

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU/UK passport or existing right to work)

Willing and able to travel to Zwolle, Netherlands twice per month (Mon-Thu)
