Senior SAP CRM Consultant Long-Term Contract Brussels (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant to lead the evolution of SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) across a dynamic B2B/B2C environment. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of CRM, CIAM, and enterprise integration - ideal for someone who thrives on complex problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

Location: Anderlecht, Brussels - Hybrid (1-2 days/month onsite)

Start: 1 August 2025

Duration: Until December 2026

Languages: Fluent English + C2-level Dutch or French

What You'll Do:

• Resolve advanced SAP CDC issues beyond L2 support
• Design and implement integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Lead CDC adoption within CIAM frameworks (B2C & B2B)
• Support integrations with S/4HANA, Sales & Service Cloud, and Adobe
• Strengthen governance, documentation, and operational practices

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of SAP CDC experience
• Strong grasp of CIAM, APIs, user management, and authorisations
• Familiarity with SAP CPI, S/4HANA, CRM, and Sales & Service Cloud
• Bonus: experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Adobe, or transport sector projects
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch or French
• Availability for 1-2 days/month onsite in Brussels
