Location: Budapest (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite, flexible for travel)
Contract: Long-term (ASAP - Jan 2027 + extension)
Workload: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Languages: English (Hungarian beneficial but not required)

About the Project

RED is supporting one of our key global consulting partners on a major multi-year S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation for an international organisation in the electronic device manufacturing sector. As part of this programme, we are seeking experienced SAP CS/SM (Customer Service/Service Management) consultants to join the regional rollout as Technical Process Owners (TPOs).

Role Overview

As the SAP CS/SM Consultant, you will act as the bridge between the global template team, local business stakeholders, and the delivery factory. You will ensure successful country deployments and oversee all service-management-related processes within the S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Fit-to-Standard workshops for service processes
• Define functional configuration requirements and coordinate with the Delivery Factory
• Advise on data mapping, extensibility, and integration topics
• Drive SIT execution, defect triage, and root-cause resolution
• Support cutover preparation, Legacy system readiness, and transition to production
• Ensure alignment with global design, scope items, and Public Cloud constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years SAP experience in CS, SM, CRM Service, or related service modules
• Strong understanding of service processes, service orders, notifications, contracts, billing and integration (SD/MM/FI/PM)
• Experience in multi-country rollouts, testing cycles, and cutover coordination
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Knowledge of CBC (Central Business Configuration)
• Familiarity with Best Practice scope items (eg, 4GA, 3D2, BJ2)
• Understanding of Public Cloud extensibility options (in-app or BTP)
