Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Credit Control (SAP Credit Management/FSCM) consultant to support the client global rollout programme, reinforcing the EMEA deployment team. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, regional process owners and IT teams to ensure consistent adoption of global credit management processes across multiple EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the client global credit management template across EMEA entities.
• Configure and enhance SAP Credit Management (FSCM) settings including credit checks, scoring, limits and risk categories.
• Analyse local market requirements and align them with global design and governance principles.
• Conduct workshops, gather functional requirements and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with Order-to-Cash, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
• Provide testing support (SIT/UAT) and manage defect resolution.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer and go-live support for local rollouts.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience in SAP Credit Management/FSCM in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Credit Control processes within OTC.
• Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country deployments.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across business and IT.
