SAP Change Manager - Hybrid - 11 months - Netherlands

We are looking for a Change Manager to support the EMEA rollout of SAP Analytics Cloud. This project will impact around 100 users across multiple EU locations, and you will be responsible for leading the full change approach from scratch.

• Lead a full change impact assessment for the EMEA region
• Interview SMEs and Directors to understand change implications
• Document impacts and create mitigation and adoption plans
• Develop the change strategy, communication plan, and roadmap
• Build training materials, standardized procedures, and user guides
• Support or deliver training sessions
• Manage stakeholders across EU teams and ensure alignment
• Identify resistance and document risks for leadership
• Support leadership with clear change insights and frameworks
• Drive change activities from early planning to go-live and stabilization

• 5/10+ years of change management experience
• Experience in large, complex, multi-country projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build a change approach from scratch
• Experience in training design and delivery
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• SAP experience, ideally SAC
