Job Description

We are looking for a permanent SAP BW Team Lead, fluent in French and English, hands-on with ABAP, BW on HANA, BODs with strong communication and client facing skills, able to lead a team, and to work on onsite offshore model in a cohesive manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Standard and Generic extractors implementation and enhancement.
• Business content installation Data modelling and BEx reporting.
• Leads and guides a team.
• Writes start end field and brings expertise in routines debug ABAP codes.
• Helps with troubleshoot process chain errors.
• Provides simple to medium complex data extractions transformations and data loading techniques.
• Quickly understands the technical requirement changes and provides instant solutions.
• Manages and resolves data conversion issues during loading upon consulting with functional team client.
• Updates all stakeholders on the status of the assigned tasks.

Mandatory Skills

SAP BW Extraction-Modelling-Reporting, SAP BW IP, SAP Datasphere, SAP Native HANA CDS

Key Qualifications

• Good skills in WEBI and BODS are needed.
• Good Knowledge of Field Mapping Validations and Modules.
• Understanding of IDocs BAPI RFC LSMW.
• Understanding of end-to-end data migration processes tools and Load approaches
• Knowledge in Analysis authorization
• Good clients facing and communication skills - should have worked in a customer facing role as onsite expert for several years.
• Leadership skills - able to lead customer engagements at a high professional level.
• Able to work on onsite offshore model in a cohesive manner. Hybrid - 3 days onsite/ 2 remotely.
• Fluent in both French and English languages Read Write and Speak.
