Job Title: Regional Business Process Owner - Transactional
Project: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Deployment
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (renewable)
Location: Preferred - Rueil-Malmaison or Grenoble (Hybrid: 2 days remote/week). Other locations considered with 100% remote setup.

Project Overview:

RED Global is looking for an experienced Regional Business Process Owner (BPO) for the Transactional domain to support the multi-site deployment of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution across Europe. This pre-packaged solution is co-developed with the SAP product team and focuses 100% on the adoption and implementation of standardized business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deployment & Process Implementation

• Drive the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring adherence to the global template and promoting simplification, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support local business transformation aligned with digital strategy and value realization.

1. Process Standardization & Adoption

• Promote the adoption of standardized processes, data, and analytics in the Transactional domain.
• Lead fit-to-template workshops: present existing solutions, collect findings (gaps, configuration needs, transformation areas).

1. Transformation & Governance

• Manage the transition from current to future-state processes in compliance with architecture, business, and data governance standards.
• Ensure localization needs (legal/statutory) are addressed without compromising global process integrity.

1. Testing & Cutover

• Define testing scope, provide test scenarios, and support local teams during execution and validation.
• Support the Cutover Lead with strategy planning, data migration, and go-live readiness in the Transactional domain.

1. Change Management & Training

• Collaborate with training teams to adapt global training materials to local requirements.
• Ensure trainers are fully prepared to support successful user adoption.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain strong collaboration with Global BPOs and domain stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve issues, and share best practices.
• Organize regular syncs/interlock sessions to review progress, gaps, and strategic alignment.

1. Data Readiness & Quality

• Lead data preparation efforts: value mapping, data quality checks, cleansing, and migration until successful go-live.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Escalate and communicate solution enhancement needs to Global BPOs.
• Drive business transformation through deployment of best-of-breed tools and practices.
• Build and engage a network of local BPOs for ongoing support and process excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading transformation and business process optimization initiatives.
• Deep functional expertise in Transactional Sales processes (eg, Pricing, Quotation, Order Management, EDI).
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, particularly in the Public Cloud version.
• Strong knowledge of core ERP functions, especially in Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain (SD/MM), and basic Finance (FI).
• Experience working in cross-cultural, multi-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
