SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Lead Brussels (50% Remote) Long-Term Contract

We're seeking a seasoned SAC Planning expert to lead a business-critical transformation project based in Brussels. If you thrive on solving planning challenges and translating complex needs into clean, scalable models - this could be your next impactful role.

Location: Anderlecht, Brussels - hybrid model (2 days on-site)

Start Date: 1 August

Initial Contract: 12 months (with potential extension)

Languages: Dutch or French + English (fluency required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from Excel-based tools to SAC Planning for resource and capacity management
• Define model architecture and steer the SAC Planning implementation strategy
• Collaborate closely with finance, project management, and resource planning teams
• Supervise junior consultants and set best-practice standards
• Design planning templates, data actions, dashboards, and reports
• Ensure seamless data integration with SAP ERP and flat files
• Deliver training and detailed documentation to internal stakeholders

Your Background:

5+ years of hands-on SAC Planning and dashboarding experience

Successful track record migrating Excel models into SAC

Proven expertise in SAC-SAP (ECC/S4/BW4) integrations

Ability to design complex planning models and calculations

Clear communicator with strong documentation skills

Fluent in Dutch or French and English

SAC certification preferred
