SAP ABAP BTP/PI/PO Lead Developer - English Speaking - Charleroi, Belgium - Start Date: 16th June 2025. 10 Month+ Contract.

Our Client in Charleroi, Belgium is looking to hire an SAP ABAP BTP/PI/PO Lead Developer for an ongoing project on S/4HANA Rise.

Skills & Experience needed:

Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration within a multinational company.

Exposure to FI-CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, EWM modules.

Experience with S/4 RISE, BTP platform and PI/PO

Key tasks include:

Define the development architecture, governance, best practice and guidelines.

Define the development priorities and progress follow-up.

Oversee completion of technical specifications.

Enable to develop programs to support development team.

Lead and manage the SAP development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Establish and enforce formal Coding Standard policy, Code Inspector.

Provide quick and accurate estimates of project and enhancements.

Ensure all transports completed by the team adhere to the change management policies

Design, develop, and deploy ABAP solutions within SAP environments.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
