We are looking for a talented Software Asset Management with a strong focus on managing software request, following purchase process, and keeping software compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that the software tools are used in accordance with the commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, create, present, follow, monitor, analyse, and report CIB IT licenses figures for his/her scope, in close collaboration with the Global SAM team.
• Contribute to any vendors inventories/audit requests.
• Support the IT managers for software optimization.
• Contribute to the software deployment strategies.
• Prepare SW business cases.
• Manages the provision of licenses and maintenance contracts liaising with SW vendors within the European scope.
• Invoice monitoring.

Skills:

• Expertise in Software Asset Management with proven knowledge of major SW-vendor metrics (Microsoft, IBM, VMWare, Oracle )
• Good understanding of IT framework, basic infrastructure and IT services.
• Advanced Level of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Functions and Formulas )
• English both spoken and written mandatory
