Wipro is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead specializing in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform to optimize field service operations.

Your Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing custom solutions within Salesforce, focusing on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Developing custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Configuring Field Service Lightning (FSL) modules to streamline field service workflows.
  • Integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems like ERP and inventory management.
  • Optimizing mobile solutions within Salesforce and FSL mobile apps for field technicians.


Mandatory Skills

You need expertise in:

  • Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
  • Field Service Lightning configuration and customization.
  • Salesforce integration using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware tools.
  • Problem-solving & technical expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Mobile customization within Salesforce for enhanced field service operations.


Desirable Skills

Ideally, you will be familiar with:

  • Integration with SAP PM, SAP HR modules.
  • ETL tools (MS SSIS).
  • Integration with SAP PI/PO systems.


Certifications

Preferred certifications:

  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Business Analyst
