Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• You should possess extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within an enterprise environment.
• Robust technical background, demonstrating an expert understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Styles.
• Strong delivery experience leveraging major capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Core platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, is essential. Significant integration experience and knowledge, particularly with platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, and Informatica, coupled with multiple Salesforce certifications (especially in the Architect domain)

Success in the Role

• You will be expected to lead the design of complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce-based solutions for a diverse range of clients.
• Actively support delivery teams, driving innovation and embedding Salesforce best practices into the implementation of client solutions.
• Owning the technical delivery, ensuring a high-quality product throughout the full project life cycle.
• Contributing to the team's growth by providing training and coaching to software developers and conducting thorough quality reviews to uphold our high standards.
• Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
• Involved in solution planning and estimation, driving continuous improvement in our design and delivery methodologies.

Where is this role based?

• This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
• We operate a hybrid working model, blending office-based collaboration with remote work flexibility, allowing you to balance professional and personal commitments effectively.
• You may also be required to work on client sites as needed.
