Salesforce Technical Architect ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions as a Technical Architect
• Strong hands-on expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data modelling, and platform automation
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, whiteboarding, solution design, and technical presentations
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, conduct code reviews, and set technical standards
• Current Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship and flexibility to attend customer sites when required

Salesforce Technical Architect DESIRED SKILLS

• Consultancy or professional services background delivering Salesforce solutions directly for enterprise clients
• Experience supporting pre-sales, technical demonstrations, and solution proposals
• Knowledge and practical interest in AI within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance, integration, and maintainability best practices

Salesforce Technical Architect OVERVIEW

Our client is a global consultancy seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the wider Salesforce Platform.

Working directly with clients and delivery teams, you will lead technical architecture, facilitate workshops and whiteboard sessions, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions. The role remains technically hands-on, with responsibility for Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, code reviews, technical standards, and mentoring development teams.
