Salesforce Solutions Architect

About the Role:
We are hiring a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Field Service solutions. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce Field Service solution design and implementation
• Drive integration, migration, and platform optimization
• Conduct code/design reviews, troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate across business and tech teams
• Contribute to architecture best practices and reusable components
• Support cloud transformation, modernization, and integration strategies

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Field Service expertise
• Strong in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, data modelling, integration
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant cert (Admin + Service Cloud prereqs)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Desirable:

• Integration with SAP (PM/HR, PI/PO), MS SSIS, IoT, ML, automation
• Knowledge of B2C Solution Architecture (Mandatory)
• Cloud migration/modernization experience
