Salesforce Solution Architect/Functional Lead Architect

We're looking for an experienced Experienced Salesforce Solution Architect/Functional. A Functional Lead for Customer Engagement tracks - responsible for configuring OOTB preference choices, capturing communication consent data structures, and designing prompt optimisation/action mapping frameworks for autonomous Agentforce use cases CANDIDATES CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN EU or UK HOWEVER IF BASED IN THE UK THIS WOULD BE AN INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT ROLE

Key Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Crucial for Marketing Cloud on Core & Agentforce)

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Certified AI Specialist/Associate

 Core Skill Sets:

•  Architecture of Marketing Cloud on Core (Growth/Advanced Edition).

• Hands-on experience configuring Agentforce for Marketing, including Agent actions, prompt engineering/templates, and trust boundary mapping.

• Deep experience with Data Cloud/Unified Individual/Preference & Consent Data Model.

• Industry domain knowledge in Communications & Media (subscription life cycles, churn prevention, preference centers).
