This is a brilliant career move for a Salesforce Solution Architect from a consultancy or transformation background, who's not scared to get their hands dirty on the technical side!

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes across the UK and internationally. They are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who blends strategic architectural thinking with hands on delivery capability. This is a role for someone who can design robust, scalable solutions across Salesforce Core Clouds while bringing strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and a solid working understanding of Field Service.

You'll lead end to end solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, shaping secure, high performance architectures aligned to real business outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into pragmatic designs, guide development teams, review solution artefacts, and step in hands on when needed for prototypes or critical components. Data Cloud will be a key focus - from ingestion and harmonisation to identity resolution and activation.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years operating at Solution Architect level. Strong Apex, LWC, Flow and integration expertise is essential, along with experience integrating Salesforce into wider enterprise ecosystems. Exposure to Field Service concepts (work orders, territories, mobile workflows) is valuable, though deep specialism isn't required. Experience working with C-level stakeholders and contributing to pre sales or client workshops is highly desirable.

This is an opportunity to shape modern, cloud first Salesforce architectures in complex enterprise environments, influence platform roadmaps, and act as a trusted advisor on optimisation and growth. The salary package on offer is a base up to £95k with the possibility of a small bonus up to £100k according to success. Please note this is a hybrid position where consultants are expected to be on site 2 days/week if possible. For exceptional candidates who live at distances that make this preclusive there may be some negotiation, but some on site presence will be required.
