A leading financial institution is seeking a Salesforce Release Manager for a 6-month contract (Milton Keynes/Hybrid). You'll manage the Salesforce release life cycle, ensuring controlled, compliant, and efficient deployments across the bank's digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Salesforce release calendar and coordinate across business units.

• Lead release planning, readiness, and execution across SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production.

• Drive CI/CD deployments using GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset.

• Oversee sandbox refreshes and data masking aligned with GDPR and bank security policies.

• Ensure compliance with ITIL, change control, and audit requirements.

• Provide release updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards.

• Champion DevOps practices and identify process improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong Salesforce release management background in regulated (ideally financial) environments.

• Hands-on with Salesforce deployments, version control, and metadata APIs.

• Familiar with DevOps tools: GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset.

• Solid knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and FCA/GDPR compliance.

• Certified Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.

• Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence.

• ITIL Foundation or equivalent release/change management experience.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (with extension potential)

• Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

• Rate: £425 per day (Inside IR35)
