Salesforce Project Lead required by a boutique Salesforce Partner experiencing significant growth.

This consultancy is securing impressive projects, presenting a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Project Lead with strong experience in leading Salesforce projects from inception to go-live.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this client-facing role, you will oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, testing your hands-on skills across projects of varying size and complexity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading project delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
• Managing project plans and budgets
• Providing clear updates to customers and managing stakeholder expectations
• Understanding business value beyond system implementation - identifying problems, benefits, and long-term impacts
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and additional client engagements
• Playing a hands-on role depending on the project phase, such as gathering requirements, running workshops, project management, configuration, or testing

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Salesforce Project Leader with a strong background in project delivery and leadership. You should be a confident communicator, capable of discussing Salesforce solutions effectively without needing deep technical expertise. Key attributes include:

• Proven success leading Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of the full project delivery lifecycle
• Effective communication skills for client engagement and expectation management
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies with flexibility in approach
• Commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and ensure high client satisfaction

Experience in Professional Services or consultancy environments is preferred, possibly transitioning from a consulting role into project leadership. A strong BA/PM-style skillset with stakeholder engagement experience is essential. Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience is a plus, or alternatively, experience managing large-scale projects in an End-User environment with third-party consultancies.
