Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Programme Manager - Financial Services - Netherlands (Remote/Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation? We are working with a leading client in the financial services sector who is launching a global Salesforce programme, and they are seeking a capable leader to drive it forward.

Location: Netherlands (Remote/Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Rate: Negotiable

Travel: Occasional travel to client sites across the Netherlands may be required

As the Salesforce Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-profile, global initiative aimed at enhancing and expanding the client's Salesforce platform. The programme will involve:

• Enhancing existing Salesforce implementations
• Leading new deployments across various Salesforce products
• Managing complex integrations with other systems
• Overseeing data migration from legacy platforms

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure successful delivery and tangible business outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience leading large-scale Salesforce programmes within enterprise environments
• Strong background in the financial services industry or other regulated sectors
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce suite (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Proven experience with system integration and data migration projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Comfortable managing remote teams and navigating global delivery challenges
