You'll drive the evolution of the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms, ensuring best practices in development, integration, and testing. Alongside hands-on technical delivery, you'll guide junior developers, contribute to strategic planning, and support high-impact customer communications.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development (AMPscript, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL).

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

• Leadership experience - team coaching, workload planning, and quality assurance.

• Confident in managing integrations, custom development, and campaign automation.

• Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional collaboration.
