Salesforce Functional Lead - Sales Cloud - Madrid, Spain - Contract

Nicholas Bernard is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead for a contract opportunity with a major international client based in Madrid, Spain.

The successful consultant will have extensive experience delivering Salesforce projects, particularly within Salesforce Sales Cloud, with strong functional, analytical and solution design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

• Design and define Salesforce functional solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Perform data analysis, validation and data quality assessments.

• Define Salesforce data models and functional specifications.

• Prepare, coordinate and execute functional test plans.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project management.

• Provide functional guidance throughout the Salesforce implementation life cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Functional Lead.

• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience - essential.

• Proven experience in business requirements gathering and functional solution design.

• Excellent understanding of Salesforce data models and data validation.

• Strong experience in functional testing, test preparation and execution.

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working on complex Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.

Desirable Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).

• Previous experience within industrial, manufacturing, chemical or petroleum sectors.

• Experience working in large international enterprise environments.
