Salesforce Field Service Engineer

My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Salesforce Field Service Engineer with experience in Service Cloud for a 6 month rolling contract inside IR35 based 3 days a week in Reading, with the rest remote.

The Ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce implementation life cycles, ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce configurations, Expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (SFS), Experience with Salesforce declarative automation tools, including Process Builder and Validation Rules, Knowledge of workforce scheduling and optimisation principles, Familiarity with Salesforce security models, data management, and reporting tools, Experience with Salesforce testing, deployment, and release management processes, Salesforce Certified Consultant in relevant modules. (eg, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning).

The ideal candidate desirably will have strong experience in Salesforce Optimiser for system performance analysis, Good understanding of mobile workforce enablement and Real Time dispatching, Hands-on experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions for extended functionality and Knowledge of customer journey mapping and omnichannel engagement strategies.
